ISR Performance V2 Oil Sandwich Plate + -10AN Oil Cooler Kit - Nissan 240sx

The ISR Performance V2 Oil Cooler Kit is a complete bolt-on oil cooling solution for the SR20DET-powered Nissan 240SX (S13 and S14). The V2 kit pairs a 16-row oil cooler core with -10AN black nylon braided lines and ISR's signature gold-anodized oil block sandwich adapter. Includes both S13 (UNF 3/4-16) and S14 (M20 x 1.5) thread pitch adapters in the box, so the same kit works on either chassis.

What It Does

The factory SR20DET cooling system is fine for stock power and stock driving, but the moment you add boost, track laps, or sustained high-RPM use, oil temps climb fast. This kit routes engine oil through a 16-row dedicated cooler using -10AN braided lines, then back to the engine, dropping oil temperatures meaningfully under load. Cooler oil means longer bearing life, more consistent oil pressure, and a bigger margin before things get into trouble territory.

S13 vs S14 Thread Pitch

The S13 and S14 SR20DET use different oil filter thread pitches. This kit includes both adapter sizes:

• S13: UNF 3/4-16
• S14: M20 x 1.5

Use the correct adapter for your specific chassis. The other adapter can be saved as a spare.

Pair With the ISR Oversized Oil Pan

For the ultimate SR20DET oiling upgrade, pair this cooler kit with the ISR Performance oversized SR20DET oil pan. The oversized pan adds capacity (more thermal mass, less prone to spikes) and improves baffling against starvation, complementing what the cooler is doing on the temperature side.
